Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every step in your Cushionaire footwear, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back in its original Cushionaire box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
